Garmer & Prather, PLLC is located in the Opera House Office Building on North Broadway in Lexington, Kentucky. The firm has dedicated its practice exclusively to litigation, primarily civil litigation on behalf of people who have been injured or the families of people who have died as a result of the negligence of another person or corporation.

Bill Garmer serves the attorneys of the future as an adjunct professor at the University of Kentucky College of Law, teaching classes in litigation skills and medical liability law.
