Branham Chandler is an associate attorney at Garmer & Prather, PLLC, where he represents plaintiffs who have suffered serious personal injuries. His practice areas include medical negligence, semi-truck accidents, liability for defective products, and more. Branham’s passion for public service guides him to put his legal skills towards the firm’s goal of seeking justice for its clients.
Branham graduated from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2024. While at UK, he was awarded Best Oral Argument in Legal Research and Writing and interned for the Kentucky Justice Cabinet, Fayette District Judge Lindsey Hughes Thurston, and the Fayette Commonwealth’s Attorney. Following law school, Branham spent a year as a Staff Attorney for Judge Phillip Shepherd of the Franklin Circuit Court, in Frankfort, Ky.
Branham is admitted to practice before all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and Kentucky Justice Association.
Branham completed his undergraduate studies at Centre College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics. He was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity and the Centre College Democrats, serving on the executive committee for both groups. While at Centre, Branham spent his summers working as a counselor at Burnamwood Camp and Conference Center and interning in the United Kingdom Parliament.
Branham is a native of Versailles, where he currently lives with his fiancée. He is the son of former Congressman and Kentucky Attorney General Ben Chandler and Jennifer Chandler. Growing up around politics and government, Branham learned the value of placing service to others at the center of his work. He continues to be inspired by his family’s legal and governmental legacy.
